We collect information only when you submit our contact form: your name, company or studio name, designation, email address, phone number, the audience type you identify as (e.g. investor, partner brand, dealer/distributor, architect/designer, OEM), project scale, timeline, and any message you include. We do not collect any information from visitors who don’t submit the form.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to review and respond to your enquiry, and to evaluate the partnership, investment, dealer, or design opportunity you’ve described. We do not use it for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or rent it to any third party.
3. How Submissions Are Processed
Contact form submissions are sent through our own backend, built on Amazon Web Services (AWS Lambda and Amazon SES) — not a third-party form-hosting service. AWS acts purely as our infrastructure provider for delivering your submission to our team’s inbox; it does not independently use or retain your data for any purpose of its own.
4. Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or third-party tracking scripts at this time. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
5. Data Retention
Enquiry data is retained only for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, within our team’s email inbox and the AWS infrastructure that delivers it.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you’ve submitted to us at any time by emailing info@gravitydesign.in.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the site and platform evolve. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
